　　1清除墻面的灰塵、污垢、堿膜、砂漿塊等附著物，要灑水潤濕。對主體結(jié)構(gòu)梁、柱有凸出部位先進(jìn)行鑿出，并確保砂漿厚度，如有個別地厚度較薄處可加設(shè)玻璃纖維網(wǎng)格。

　　1. Clean the wall of dust, dirt, alkali film, mortar blocks and other attachments, and sprinkle water to wet them. Chisel out the protruding parts of the main structural beams and columns first, and ensure the thickness of the mortar. If there are individual areas with thinner thickness, glass fiber mesh can be added.

　　2.吊直，做灰餅。抹底層灰前必須先橫線找平，立線吊直，彈出基準(zhǔn)線和墻裙、踢腳板線。先用托線板檢查墻面平整、垂直程度，并在控制陽角正的情況下大致確定抹灰厚度后(最薄處一般不小于7mm)，掛線做灰餅(灰餅厚度應(yīng)不包括面層)。在地面上彈出十字線作為基準(zhǔn)線，并結(jié)合墻面平整、垂直程度大致確定墻面抹灰厚度，并吊線“做灰餅”，“做灰餅”時應(yīng)先在左右墻角上各做一個標(biāo)準(zhǔn)餅，然后用線錘吊垂直線做墻下角兩個標(biāo)準(zhǔn)餅(高低位置一般在踢腳線上口)，再在墻角左右兩個標(biāo)準(zhǔn)餅面之間通線，每隔1.2m~1.5m左右及在門窗口陽角等處上下各補做若干個灰餅。

　　2. Hang straight and make gray cakes. Before applying the bottom layer of plaster, it is necessary to level the horizontal line, hang the vertical line straight, and mark the reference line, wall skirt, and skirting board line. First, use a wire support board to check the flatness and verticality of the wall surface, and roughly determine the plastering thickness (generally not less than 7mm at the thinnest point) while controlling the positive angle. Then, hang a line to make a plaster cake (the plaster cake thickness should not include the surface layer). Pop a cross line on the ground as a reference line, and roughly determine the thickness of the wall plastering based on the flatness and verticality of the wall. Hang a line to make a "plaster cake". When making a plaster cake, first make a standard cake on each corner of the wall, and then use a plumb bob to hang a vertical line to make two standard cakes at the bottom corner of the wall (usually at the top of the skirting board). Then, make a line between the two standard cake surfaces on the left and right corners of the wall, and add several plaster cakes every 1.2m~1.5m and at the corners of doors and windows.

　　3.墻面沖筋：待灰餅結(jié)硬后，使用與抹灰層相同的砂漿，在上下灰餅之間做寬約30~50mm的灰漿帶，并以上下灰餅為準(zhǔn)用壓尺推平。沖筋完成后應(yīng)待其稍干后才能進(jìn)行墻面底層抹灰作業(yè)。

　　3. Wall reinforcement: After the plaster cake has hardened, use the same mortar as the plastering layer to create a mortar strip with a width of about 30-50mm between the upper and lower plaster cakes, and use a pressure ruler to flatten the upper and lower plaster cakes. After the reinforcement is completed, it should be allowed to dry slightly before carrying out the plastering work on the bottom layer of the wall.

　　4.做護(hù)角：根據(jù)砂漿墩和門框邊離墻面的空隙，用尺規(guī)后，分別在陽角兩邊吊直和固定好靠尺板，抹出水泥砂漿護(hù)角，并用陰角抹子推出小圓角，最后利用靠尺板，在陽角兩邊50mm以外位置，以40度斜角將多余砂漿切除、清凈。

　　4. Make corner protectors: According to the gap between the mortar pier and the door frame edge and the wall surface, use a ruler to hang and fix the guiding board on both sides of the external corner, apply cement mortar corner protectors, and use a corner scraper to push out small corners. Finally, use the guiding board to cut off and clean the excess mortar at a 40 degree angle 50mm away from both sides of the external corner.

　　5.抹底層灰和中層灰：在墻體濕潤的情況下抹底層灰，對混凝土墻體表面宜先刷水泥漿一遍，并在不同材質(zhì)結(jié)合處掛鋼絲網(wǎng)，與不同材質(zhì)的接觸面不低于30cm,隨刷隨抹底層灰。分層抹面，若抹灰層局部厚度超限(一般在20～35mm之間)，則應(yīng)在抹灰層之間加設(shè)鋼絲網(wǎng)片。 鋼絲網(wǎng)固定式：采用2.5×28mm鍍鋅水泥釘固定， 鋼絲網(wǎng)掛設(shè)在固定時鋼絲網(wǎng)須攤平拉緊。固定鋼絲網(wǎng)邊緣時，水泥釘宜布置在離鋼絲網(wǎng)邊線2～3cm處，以便壓緊鋼絲網(wǎng)，不使其邊緣翹曲。鋼絲網(wǎng)片與抹灰基層搭接不小于100mm，鋼絲網(wǎng)片之間搭接亦不小于100mm。水泥釘間距不大于300mm。

　　5. Apply bottom and middle layer plaster: Apply bottom layer plaster when the wall is wet. It is recommended to brush the surface of the concrete wall with cement slurry first, and hang steel wire mesh at the joint of different materials. The contact surface with different materials should not be less than 30cm, and apply bottom layer plaster as needed. Layered plastering, if the local thickness of the plastering layer exceeds the limit (generally between 20-35mm), steel wire mesh should be added between the plastering layers. Fixed steel wire mesh: fixed with 2.5 × 28mm galvanized cement nails. When the steel wire mesh is hung and fixed, it must be flattened and tightened. When fixing the edge of the steel wire mesh, cement nails should be placed 2-3cm away from the edge of the steel wire mesh to compress it and prevent the edge from warping. The overlap between the steel wire mesh and the plaster base shall not be less than 100mm, and the overlap between the steel wire mesh shall not be less than 100mm. The spacing between cement nails shall not exceed 300mm.
