二、普通水泥砂漿自身易產生各種收縮變形,并且存在強度增長周期短、體積收縮周期長的矛盾,在約束條件下,當體積收縮形成的拉應力超過水泥砂漿的抗拉強度時,就會出現裂縫。處于保溫層保護下的主體結構受溫度變形影響較小,而20~30mm的找平砂漿處于熱阻很大的聚苯板的外側,因受環境溫度影響而產生較大變形。聚苯板兩側的水泥材質受環境溫差影響而產生較大相對變形差,引起開裂。另外由于保溫隔熱板平整度很難控制,會造成找平抹灰厚度的不均,造成局部收縮和溫差應力不均從而引起裂縫。
