調(diào)配比例是石膏粉的使用技巧比較重要的環(huán)節(jié)：模具石膏粉調(diào)配比例為 28(水)：100（石膏粉），這個混合比是混合比，制作出的石膏產(chǎn)品可以達到瓷磚的效果，表面用指甲根本劃不出痕跡。但按照這種混合比調(diào)配石膏粉，對新手而言難度太大，混合比例的精確掌握、選用的攪拌容器、攪拌手法、凝固時間都不好控制。故一般建議采用35：100的比例調(diào)配石膏粉，也可以達到很不錯的效果。

　　凝固時間的掌握：凝固時間主要與加水量有關系（添加劑另外說明），次之與攪拌時間、澆鑄容器、溫度、濕度有關系。首先水、石膏粉混合比，水越多石膏凝結(jié)時間越長，石膏密度越低、牢度越低，水越少凝結(jié)時間越短、密度越大、牢度越高，具體需根據(jù)使用需求來控制。然后談下攪拌時間，一般而言攪拌到石膏粉非常均勻即可澆鑄，一般控制在5分鐘之內(nèi)，攪拌時間越長，石膏粉凝固時間越快。
